Role Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Nexens, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by engaging with potential clients and qualifying leads. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, creating valuable opportunities by building strong relationships with prospects and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute omni-channel outreach strategies, utilizing email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to connect with prospects.

• Manage outbound and inbound prospecting efforts, acting as a representative for Nexens’ clients to generate new business opportunities.

• Craft personalized messages and adapt communication styles based on audience needs and context.

• Qualify prospects, handle objections, and nurture relationships to advance them through the sales pipeline.

• Analyze weekly and monthly outreach performance data, making strategic adjustments to optimize future campaigns.

• Use tools like HubSpot, Calendly, ReachInBox, and G-Suite to manage outreach, client data, and appointments efficiently.

• Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in sales outreach, continuously improving methods to maximize results.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an SDR or relevant B2B business development role.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proven experience in outbound lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn.

• Strong knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools (HubSpot, G-Suite, Calendly, etc..).

• Ability to work effectively across US and European time zones.

• Self-motivated, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• A passion for building rapport with diverse people and working collaboratively within a team.
