Role Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a vital role in driving Nexens’ client success through researching and connecting with high-value prospects. Your efforts will directly contribute to lead generation campaigns designed to target decision-makers across various industries. This role offers a chance to work with clients in the UK, US, and UAE, expanding your exposure to diverse markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lead research using platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, and specialized tools like Apollo and Mailchimp.
• Build, manage, and optimize lead databases using tools like Airtable and Google Sheets.
• Assist in designing and executing cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Provide regular reports on campaign progress, ensuring deadlines are met and targets achieved.
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve lead generation processes and strategies.
Requirements:
• Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ years of experience in lead generation, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and/or Excel; experience with outreach tools is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
