Role Overview:

As an Account Manager at Nexens, you will be responsible for managing ongoing engagements with B2B clients, acting as their main point of contact. You will ensure smooth project delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help clients achieve their growth objectives through tailored lead generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and act as the primary point of contact for all engagement-related matters (project launches, deliverables, reporting, invoicing, etc.).

• Collaborate with SDRs, Lead Researchers, Copywriters, and Graphic Designers to develop and execute B2B outreach marketing campaigns.

• Oversee internal processes to ensure seamless client delivery, including task management, quality assurance, and reporting.

• Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs, focusing on client retention, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and client satisfaction.

• Present campaign results and insights to clients, while identifying new growth opportunities.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency (C1-C2).

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, preferably in the B2B space with exposure to foreign markets.

• Proven experience managing clients in the USA, UK, Europe, or Gulf markets.

• Hands-on experience with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn).

• Familiarity with digital marketing, email marketing, or B2B sales is a plus.

• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to decision-makers.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a passion for maintaining long-term client partnerships.

• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and processes is advantageous.
